Return Policy

Arra Noreen’s Handmade Soaps, LLC (“We”) will work with all customers and their concerns on a case-by-case basis, within a 30-day timeframe of when their order was received. In the unfortunate event that you find one of our products unsatisfactory, we will individually assess your concerns, and sufficient efforts will be made on our behalf to resolve your dissatisfaction, within reason. This may include, but is by no means limited to, exchanging the product you purchased with a replacement of the same unit type; a partial, or full refund for the product(s) purchased; or a discount toward a future order on our site. 

Generally, we request proof of purchase, and require that products are unused, and in their original packaging, in order to be eligible for an exchange, or refund, of any kind. Therefore, our policies may vary in cases where proof of purchase is not provided, or where products have been partially or completely used by the customer. Return shipping may, or may not be, the responsibility of the customer, and exchanges and returns will not be processed or dispatched until we receive the item(s), in question. 

A faster alternative to receiving your new product, following an approved exchange, is to re-purchase the item; a refund will then be processed once we receive the item(s) that you have returned. Refunds will be processed to credit the original payment method; unfortunately, no exceptions can be made. Refunds can take several days to weeks to appear back on the original account. 

To request an exchange or return, in acknowledgement of the aforementioned policies, please contact us at arranoreensoaps@gmail.com. If your exchange, or return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return address, and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return, will unfortunately be rejected.
